Processing Time  All orders are proceeded within 2- to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rate & Delivery Time  Shipping rate are calculated at checkout base on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times.

Domestic Shipping (US) We ship total 50 US. states. Free is an available on orders over $180 . 

International Shipping We currently shipmate to select international destinations . International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxon import fees imposed by their country . These charges are not include inner pricing and are non-refundable.

Order Tracking  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number . Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

. Lost or Stolen Packages Treat Yourself To Luxury Bags LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages , once marked as delivered by carrier . if your package is lost in transit , please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address  Please ensure  your shipping address is correct at checkout . We are not responsible for orders shipped than incorrect address provided by you the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship an order .
