Processing Time  All orders are proceeded within 2- to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your order has shipped.

. Domestic Shipping (US) We ship total 50 US. states. Free is an available on orders over $180 . 

. International Shipping We currently shipmate to select international destinations . International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxon import fees imposed by their country . These charges are not include inner pricing and are non-refundable.

. Order Tracking  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number . Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

. Lost or Stolen Packages Treat Yourself To Luxury Bags LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages , once marked as delivered by carrier . if your package is lost in transit , please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

. Incorrect Address  Please ensure  your shipping address is correct at checkout . We are not responsible for orders shipped than incorrect address provided by you the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship an order .
